Prior to setting up Training for Work, Brent worked in a wide range of high level roles including: Associate Director of Education at one of Australia’s largest education providers and National Consulting Manager at a training and consulting firm.

Brent holds a Masters Degree in Enterprise Management and a Diploma of Training and Assessment Systems from The University of Melbourne.

Natalie is the CEO of a construction company based in Melbourne, Australia. 

Prior to working in the building and construction sector, Natalie worked as a secondary school teacher in a number of Victorian Government schools and as a trainer / teacher at Holmesglen Institute of TAFE.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Education  from Deakin University and a  Master of Education from The University of Melbourne.

Thelma is a lecturer in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of the South Pacific, Fiji.

Prior to joining Training for Work's Board, Thelma worked in a wide range of roles in the education sector in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. Thelma's prior roles include project management roles at Skill New Zealand, lecturing roles at the Auckland Institute of Studies and a management role at Carrick Institute
