Click to expandPre-Training Review
After enrolment each student is allocated their own Industry Training Consultant who conducts a pre-training review. The pre-training review ensures each student has access to a suitable workplace for training and assessment and identifies opportunities for recognition of prior learning.
Click to expandTraining Plan Development
A customised training plan is developed by the student's allocated Industry Training Consultant after the pre-training review. The training plan is developed in consultation with the student and their workplace mentor / supervisor and indentifies the units to be studied and how and when the student will be trained and assessed.
Click to expandWorkplace Training and Assessment
At a mutually agreed time each 2 – 4 weeks the student's allocated Industry Training
Consultant visits the student at their workplace. The visit is for approximately 1 – 2 hours
(dependant on the qualification). At the visit the student's Industry Training Consultant
delivers training to the student, reviews assessments completed by the student and meets
with the student's workplace mentor / supervisor to discuss their progress.

After all units identified on the student's training plan have been completed to the satisfaction of the student's allocated Industry Training Consultant and their workplace mentor / supervisor the student is issued a nationally recognised qualification.
