Overview of Quality Indicators
The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Quality Indicators are designed to assist Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) enhance continuous improvement to strengthen training and business performance. The three quality indicators are: learner engagement, employer satisfaction and competency completion.

2011 Report re: Learner Engagement and Employer Satisfaction Surveys
Competency Completion Report, i.e. reports of enrolments and qualifications are generated from the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER)'s Competency Completion Online System (CCOS).CCOS is currently not able to generate reports for 201. See, http://rto.ncver.edu.au/ for further information. When CCOS is able to generate reports for 2011 Training for Work will generate the reports and publish them on its web site.

Learner engagement and employer Satisfaction – These indicators are based on a survey of 182 students and 87 employers. This sample represents 26.49 percent of this organisation's training delivery in the 2011 calendar year. The students and employers surveyed for these indicators were selected by this organisation in accordance with national guidelines.
Competency completion reports – Competency completions, in this case, is a measure of volume.

Learner engagement and employer Satisfaction – These indicators are based on a survey of 110 students and 63 employers. This sample represents 24.5 percent of this organisation's training delivery in the 2010 calendar year. The students and employers surveyed for these indicators were selected by this organisation in accordance with national guidelines.
Competency completion reports – Competency completions, in this case, is a measure of volume.
